Trainings
SARV Training
CMU Panhellenic sororities go through one Sexual Assault and Violence training per year. The workshops, organized by chapters, will promote student safety by educating students and empowering them to become advocates for a non-violent community. With this training, chapter members will better understand how to support victims of sexual assault as well as university policy and reporting options.
Diversity & Inclusion Training
Panhellenic members partake in one diversity and inclusion training, educating themselves on unconscious bias, identity, etc. Through this training, members will have a better understanding of cultural competency and awareness of bias, as well as be able to foster safe spaces within their communities. The training is organized by the Panhellenic Executive Board and the initiative has won an award from the National Greek Leadership Association.
