2024 Panhellenic Council Executive Board

The Panhellenic Executive Board is made up of eight women from different chapters within the Panhellenic community. In partnership with two representatives from every chapter, they form the Panhellenic Council, which serves as the governing body for Carnegie Mellon's community. Officers of the Panhellenic Executive Board work closely with the leadership of individual chapters to improve Greek Life. Some of their responsibilities include running weekly Council meetings, hosting Formal Membership Recruitment, and organizing the continued education of sorority women on our campus. Additionally, they coordinate events internally with all Panhellenic sororities or externally with the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), as well as other organizations on campus.

Fall Formal Recruitment (PSR)

For the formal recruitment period, Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment (PSR), the Executive Board will train and direct the Recruitment Counselors, and also put together the Pre-Recruitment and Recruitment schedules from Orientation through Bid Night. These women are disaffiliated just like the Recruitment Counselors, which allows them to be completely unbiased and help you find your future sisters!

Spring Informal Recruitment

For the upcoming informal recruitment period, the Executive Board will work with the Recruitment Chairs from each chapter to put together a calendar of events that are open to anyone eligible to join one of the six amazing chapters on campus!
