Informal Recruitment

There are still chances to get involved with a sorority after the Fall sorority recruitment process through informal recruitment this Spring! This process is less structured than Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment (PSR) in the fall and allows those who are eligible to explore Panhellenic chapters and learn how Greek Life could benefit their Carnegie Mellon Experience.

During our Spring Sorority Informal Recruitment Potential New Members (PNMs) will have the opportunity to meet all six of the sororities on Carnegie Mellon’s campus in a casual way. Recruitment will kick off with an information session hosted by the Panhellenic Council. Events after that will be hosted by individual chapters. PNMs are in no way expected to attend all recruitment events. Please note that each chapter has a different process for extending bids.
