Panhellenic Scholarship Program
The Panhellenic Council understands that the cost of sorority membership dues, especially in addition to college tuition, can pose a significant obstacle for students wishing to join or continue as a member of the community. The Panhellenic Council is committed to ensuring that any eligible Carnegie Mellon student can become a member of the Panhellenic community. To address these barriers, the Panhellenic Council founded the annual Panhellenic Scholarship Program in Spring 2020, that will support current and potential new members in their pursuit of a college education and Panhellenic experience.
The Program awards $2,500 across five scholarships—two for General Members, two for New Member, and one for a Recruitment Counselor—that will provide assistance towards members’ tuition, chapter dues, housing fees, and/or school supplies. Applications opens every fall, and closes the beginning of winter.
